Sky Zone is the creator of the world’s first indoor trampoline park, and we have been the agency of record for the business since 2009, supporting their 200+ parks worldwide.
We began working with Sky Zone as the company sought to establish the concept of indoor trampoline parks as a viable franchise option. Over the years, we have been charged with maintaining Sky Zone’s position as the category originator and leader, and we are responsible for supporting business development and lead generation, maintaining a fresh perspective on the brand as competitors enter the field, handling crisis communications, supporting the opening of new locations and building general brand awareness.
We supported Sky Zone through ongoing media relations and strategic activations designed to back specific business objectives. We implemented YouTube and Instagram influencer integrations designed to promote the introduction of new programs or generate interest in Sky Zone trampoline parks among parents and kids.
We spearheaded the coordination of broadcast opportunities (Keeping up with the Kardashians, Undercover Boss, The Bachelor, etc.) to gain national awareness for the brand. We also landed notable press placements in Bloomberg Business, Los Angeles Times, CNBC, Entrepreneur, Forbes, etc. to support lead generation.
Our approach helped Sky Zone maintain category leadership and exponential growth (ranked #2 on Franchise Times Fast & Serious list in 2015), and eventually resulted in an acquisition by Circus Trix Holdings, creating the largest indoor active recreation trampoline park company in the world.
